The Resident agrees to inform Student Residences, as soon as possible, if the assigned key(s)/card(s) do not function properly, or are lost. 10. The Resident agrees to return assigned key(s) and any temporary access cards to the University when checking out of the accommodations. 11. The Resident agrees not to access any area for which they do not have assigned access.
Access to the. AMICO Library™ by Distributor’s Staff. AMICO agrees that employees of the Distributor, including contractors retained by the Distributor, shall, during the term of this agreement, have access to The AMICO Library™ as needed for the purposes of maintaining a Distribution System for The AMICO Library™ and serving Licensees thereto, including the right to demonstrate the AMICO Library to potential subscribers as needed for promotion of The AMICO Library™ Distribution Service. Distributor’s staff, including contractors, shall have no other rights with respect to The AMICO Library™ unless they are also Licensed Users under an approved AMICO License.

Access to the apartment 3.1 The Tenant grants the Landlord permission to inspect the apartment at any time (weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.) without consulting the Tenant. For this purpose, the Landlord shall always keep a key to access the apartment. In doing so, the Landlord shall ensure that the Tenant’s privacy is not violated.

Curriculum Associates will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Digital Products available to the District 24 hours a day, except for: (a) planned downtime, of which Curriculum Associates will give the District reasonable notice where possible and which Curriculum Associates shall use reasonable efforts to schedule during the hours from 5:00 p.m. Eastern time to 7:00 a.m. Eastern time; or (b) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond Curriculum Associates’ reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems or Internet service provider failures or delays.
