All-Requirements Power Supply. The service under which the Competitive Supplier provides all of the electrical energy, capacity, reserves, and ancillary services, transmission services, transmission and distribution losses, congestion management, and other such services or products necessary to provide firm power supply to Participating Consumers at the Point of Delivery.
All-Requirements Power Supply. For the purposes of clarity, all Retail Prices set out in Section 1 of this Price and Term Appendix include all costs incurred by Competitive Supplier in relation to: (a) ISO-NE Inventoried Energy Program, as approved by FERC June 18, 2020 (ER19-1428-003), inclusive of the tariff filed by ISO-NE on November 22, 2022, and (b) ISO-NE Fuel Security costs associated with the Mystic cost-of service agreements, based on FERC approvals of such agreements in effect as of the date of this RFP (if applicable).

  • Personnel Requirements and Documentation Grantee will; 1. maintain current personnel documentation on each employee. All documents must be factual and accurate. Health-related information must be stored separately with restricted access as appropriate under Tex. Gov. Code §552.102. Training records may be stored separately from the main personnel file but must be easily accessible upon request. Required documentation includes the following, as applicable: i. A copy of the current job description signed by the employee; ii. Application or resume with documentation of required qualifications and verification of required credentials; iii. Verification of work experience; iv. Annual performance evaluations; v. Personnel data that includes date hired, rate of pay, and documentation of all pay increases and bonuses; vi. Documentation of appropriate screening and/or background checks, to include probation or parole documentation; vii. Signed documentation of initial and other required training; and viii. Records of any disciplinary actions. 2. document authentication must include signature, credentials when applicable, and date. If the document relates to past activity, the date of the activity must also be recorded. Documentation must be permanent and legible. When it is necessary to correct a required document, the error must be marked through with a single line, dated, and initialed by the writer.

  • Technical Requirements 4.3.2.1 Tandem Switching shall have the same capabilities or equivalent capabilities as those described in Telcordia TR-TSY-000540 Issue 2R2, Tandem Supplement, 6/1/90. The requirements for Tandem Switching include, but are not limited to the following: 4.3.2.1.1 Tandem Switching shall provide signaling to establish a tandem connection; 4.3.2.1.2 Tandem Switching will provide screening as jointly agreed to by Lightyear and BellSouth; 4.3.2.1.3 Tandem Switching shall provide Advanced Intelligent Network triggers supporting AIN features where such routing is not available from the originating end office switch, to the extent such Tandem switch has such capability; 4.3.2.1.4 Tandem Switching shall provide access to Toll Free number database; 4.3.2.1.5 Tandem Switching shall provide connectivity to PSAPs where 911 solutions are deployed and the tandem is used for 911; and 4.3.2.1.6 Where appropriate, Tandem Switching shall provide connectivity for the purpose of routing transit traffic to and from other carriers. 4.3.2.2 BellSouth may perform testing and fault isolation on the underlying switch that is providing Tandem Switching. Such testing shall be testing routinely performed by BellSouth. The results and reports of the testing shall be made available to Lightyear. 4.3.2.3 BellSouth shall control congestion points and network abnormalities. All traffic will be restricted in a non-discriminatory manner. 4.3.2.4 Tandem Switching shall process originating toll-free traffic received from Lightyear’s local switch. 4.3.2.5 In support of AIN triggers and features, Tandem Switching shall provide SSP capabilities when these capabilities are not available from the Local Switching Network Element, to the extent such Tandem Switch has such capability.

  • DATA ESCROW REQUIREMENTS Registry Operator will engage an independent entity to act as data escrow agent (“Escrow Agent”) for the provision of data escrow services related to the Registry Agreement. The following Technical Specifications set forth in Part A, and Legal Requirements set forth in Part B, will be included in any data escrow agreement between Registry Operator and the Escrow Agent, under which ICANN must be named a third-­‐party beneficiary. In addition to the following requirements, the data escrow agreement may contain other provisions that are not contradictory or intended to subvert the required terms provided below.

  • Additional Requirements As a condition precedent to the execution and Delivery, the registration of issuance, transfer, split-up, combination or surrender, of any ADS, the delivery of any distribution thereon, or the withdrawal of any Deposited Property, the Depositary or the Custodian may require (i) payment from the depositor of Shares or presenter of ADSs or of an ADR of a sum sufficient to reimburse it for any tax or other governmental charge and any stock transfer or registration fee with respect thereto (including any such tax or charge and fee with respect to Shares being deposited or withdrawn) and payment of any applicable fees and charges of the Depositary as provided in Section 5.9 and Exhibit B, (ii) the production of proof reasonably satisfactory to it as to the identity and genuineness of any signature or any other matter contemplated by Section 3.1, and (iii) compliance with (A) any laws or governmental regulations relating to the execution and Delivery of ADRs or ADSs or to the withdrawal of Deposited Securities and (B) such reasonable regulations as the Depositary and the Company may establish consistent with the provisions of the representative ADR, if applicable, the Deposit Agreement and applicable law.

  • FIPPA The HSP acknowledges that the LHIN is bound by FIPPA and that any information provided to the LHIN in connection with this Agreement may be subject to disclosure in accordance with FIPPA.
