ALTA Survey Sample Clauses

ALTA Survey. Lender shall have received a current ALTA survey of the Property (the “Survey”) completed in accordance with Senior Lender’s requirements, satisfactory to Lender and to the Title Insurer and certified to Senior Lender, Lender (and its successors and assigns) and the Title Insurer.
ALTA Survey. Buyer shall have obtained the Survey in a form reasonably satisfactory to Buyer.
ALTA Survey. A current ALTA survey of the Property (the “Survey”) prepared by a surveyor or engineer licensed by the appropriate governmental authorities of the jurisdiction in which the Property is located and otherwise acceptable to Agent. The Survey shall be satisfactory to Agent and to the Title Insurer and shall be certified to Agent Lenders, and the Title Insurer as (a) having been prepared in accordance with the “Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys,” jointly established and adopted by ALTA and NSPS in 2005, (b) containing Table A Items 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7(a), 7(b)(1)-(2), 7(c), 8, 9, 10, 11(a), 13, 14, 15 and 16 and (c) meeting the strictest accuracy requirements of an ALTA Survey.
ALTA Survey. Lender shall receive, in form satisfactory to Lender, an ALTA as-built survey of the Facility.
ALTA Survey. Any existing surveys in Seller’s possession or reasonable control. At any time during the Inspection Period (as hereinafter defined in Section 3.1), Purchaser may, at Purchaser’s expense, obtain a current survey of the Real Property, prepared by a surveyor licensed by the State of Colorado and certified to Seller, Purchaser and the Title Company (the “Survey”).
ALTA Survey. The Borrower shall deliver to the Lender an “as-built” survey of the Real Property which: (a) sets forth the location and exterior lines and egress and other improvements completed on the Real Property and demonstrates compliance with all applicable setback requirements; (b) demonstrates that the Project is entirely within the exterior boundaries of the Real Property and any building restriction lines and does not encroach upon any easements or rights-of-way; and (c) contains such other information as the Lender may reasonably request;
ALTA Survey. A survey of the Maryland Heights Property, made by a registered land surveyor certified to Bank and the relevant title company made in accordance with the minimum standard detail requirements for American Land Title Association Surveys, showing all boundaries, easements, foundations, improvements, encroachments and special details associated with the Maryland ​ ​ Heights Property and such additional information which may be requested or required by Bank and the relevant title company or either of them together with any necessary No Change Affidavit or Survey Affidavit required by the title company; this survey must be prepared in such detail as to eliminate any and all survey exceptions from the title policy and any modifications or endorsements thereto.

ALTA Survey. On or before May 7, 1997, Seller shall deliver to Buyer a current American Land Title Association survey prepared by a surveyor selected by Seller, with respect to the Property (the "Survey"); provided, however, that Seller's failure to deliver the Survey by such date shall not be deemed a default hereunder or a failure of a condition to Buyer's obligation to Close, but shall only serve to extend the termination of the Investigation Period by one day for each day of delay, from and after May 14, 1997, in Seller's delivery of the survey to Buyer.
