Company Business Sample Clauses
The "Company Business" clause defines the scope of activities and operations that the company is authorized to engage in under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the specific industries, services, or products the company will focus on, and may set boundaries to prevent the company from pursuing unrelated ventures. For example, it might specify that the company is formed to provide software development services or to operate retail stores. The core function of this clause is to ensure all parties have a clear understanding of the company's intended business activities, thereby preventing disputes over unauthorized or unexpected business undertakings.
