Compensation for Teaching a Daily 6th Period 8.9.7.1 For each semester a Daily 6th Period class is taught by a unit member they will receive a factor of .083 of their current year’s placement on the salary schedule. 8.9.7.2 Payment for Daily 6th Period classes taught in the Fall semester must be paid in equal monthly installments from July through December. Payment for Daily 6th Period classes taught in the Spring semester must be paid in equal monthly installments from January through June. If the assignment is not received in time to receive 6 monthly installments, the compensation is to be equally divided between the remaining months of that semester.
Compensation for Teaching. All employees covered by this Master Agreement are encouraged to instruct classes for which they are qualified and available to teach. It is expected that, under normal conditions, an administrator who has been approved to teach will teach no more than 10 contact hours per semester. Teaching must be approved by the employee’s immediate supervisor, the appropriate instructional administrator and the chief academic officer. If the course to be taught is scheduled during the administrator’s regular work schedule, the administrator and their supervisor must agree to one of the following options for compensation prior to the start of the class: a. No compensation. b. Schedule vacation time to cover the class time and be compensated at the current faculty overload rate. c. With the permission of the administrator’s immediate supervisor, schedule work time beyond the administrator’s work schedule equal to the number of hours dedicated to classroom instruction and be compensated at the current faculty overload rate. If the course(s) to be taught is (are) scheduled outside the administrator’s regular work schedule, then compensation will be at the current faculty overload rate.
Compensation for Teaching. After School Basic Skills” as described in Article VIII, B – 4 for the term of this Agreement, 2022- 2025, is $50.00 per 45 minutes session.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.

  • Compensation for Overtime Assigned overtime is designated as those hours over the regular hours of work which are requested of the employee by management. Assigned overtime worked shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2).

  • Compensation Review The compensation of the Executive will be reviewed not less frequently than annually by the board of directors of the Company.

  • SALARY DETERMINATION FOR EMPLOYEES IN ADULT EDUCATION PCA Article B.3 does not apply in School District No. 59 (Peace River South).

  • Compensation for Loss of Employee Tools The Employer will replace all Employee tools lost or stolen in accordance with the Award.
