Corporate Names Sample Clauses

The Corporate Names clause defines how the names, trademarks, or trade names of the parties involved in an agreement may be used or referenced. Typically, this clause restricts one party from using the other party’s corporate name or logo in advertising, press releases, or public communications without prior written consent. For example, a vendor may not list a client as a customer on its website unless the client agrees. The core function of this clause is to protect each party’s brand identity and reputation, ensuring that corporate names are not used inappropriately or without authorization.
