Disaster Preparedness. Each Party shall prepare and maintain disaster recovery, business resumption and contingency plans that comply with Applicable Law and that are appropriate for the nature and scope of the Aspiration Account Program, which plans shall be sufficient to enable the other Party to promptly resume the performance of its obligations hereunder in the event of a natural disaster, destruction of such Party’s facilities or operations, utility or communication failures or similar interruption in the operations of such Party or the operations of a third party which in turn materially affect the operations of such Party. Each Party shall make available to the other Party copies of all such disaster recovery, business resumption and contingency plans and shall promptly provide to the other Party copies of any changes thereto. Each Party shall periodically test such disaster recovery, business resumption and contingency plans as may be appropriate and prudent in light of the nature and scope of the activities and operations of such Party and its obligations hereunder and shall promptly provide the other Party with results of any such tests.
Disaster Preparedness. 5.6.1 Each site shall have a Disaster Preparation Advisor selected by the site administrator from among volunteers. The Disaster Preparation Advisor shall receive compensation in an amount equal to one (1) Role and Recompense Unit (Appendix B, Section 6.1.1). 5.6.2 The duties of the Disaster Preparation Advisor shall include working with the site administrator and faculty to insure implementation of the District Disaster Preparedness Master Plan.
Disaster Preparedness. Within 30 days from the Effective Date of this Contract, Provider shall submit a disaster preparedness plan which shall include emergency evacuation plans and procedures. The disaster preparedness shall be based on the Board’s existing disaster preparedness plan and shall by amended to suit Provider’s operations at the Veterans Cemetery. Provider shall submit any proposed amendments to the disaster preparedness plan to the Board. The Board shall review any proposed amendment(s) and shall provide a written response to Provider, within thirty (30) days of receipt indicating whether Provider’s proposed amendment(s) has been rejected and stating the basis for such rejection. Provider’s disaster preparedness plan shall be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations concerning safety and fire prevention, and all of Provider’s employees shall receive regular training in disaster preparedness.

Disaster Preparedness. In accordance with Connecticut State Department of Health Regulations, the facility has developed an Emergency and Disaster Preparedness Plan. As part of this Plan, the Facility is required to have an updated list of Residents whose families have indicated that they would accept them temporarily in the event of an emergency. In the event of a disaster or emergency, the facility will reach out to any such designated family member(s) to confirm whether they could accept the Resident should an evacuation become necessary.
Disaster Preparedness. The University has developed and maintains at a high state of readiness, a multi-hazard disaster response plan. Included in this plan is the establishment and operation of a University Emergency Operations Center as well as annexes addressing the roles of operational units of the University. The Fire Department agrees to work cooperatively with the University in following, the University's disaster plans as resources allow. The University shall provide to the City one copy of the University's disaster response plan and annual updates.
Disaster Preparedness. In accordance with hospital regulatory requirements, Xxxxx shall at all times maintain disaster preparedness, leveraging resources within and outside of the Coastal Bend Region in case of a large-scale emergency, and enlisting emergency resources from other communities in the case of a catastrophic event. Xxxxx shall review its emergency preparedness plans and conduct drills locally, regionally and at a state level to ensure systemic knowledge of the standard operating procedures during an emergency.
Disaster Preparedness. 17 A. Disaster Plan – CONTRACTOR shall have a plan for the immediate recall of 18 personnel to staff units during multi-casualty situations, or declared disaster 19 situations. This plan shall include the ability of the CONTRACTOR to page and 20 alert off-duty personnel. The CONTRACTOR shall participate in training programs 21 and exercises designed to upgrade, evaluate, and maintain readiness of the 22 system’s disaster and multi-casualty response system. 24 B. If requested to respond to the scene of a Multi-Casualty Incident (MCI), the 25 CONTRACTOR’S personnel shall perform as part of the Incident Command System 26 (ICS) structure and in accordance with the California Emergency Response 27 System’s Standardized Emergency Management System (SEMS) and in 28 accordance with AGENCY policies and procedures. 1 SECTION 4: PERSONNEL
Disaster Preparedness. Each Center has prepared a plan to maximize the safety of children in the event of an emergency or disaster. Parents may request a copy of this plan. It is important for parents to be aware of the following information: • If a parent cannot be reached, SAY will attempt to contact those listed on the child’s emergency card. • In the event of a disaster, SAY will only release children to adults listed on the emergency card. • SAY will only be able to make contact if phone lines are viable. • Children may be relocated/ transported to evacuation centers and/or authorities if SAY cannot contact anyone on the emergency card. • Parents must provide at least one emergency phone number outside of the San Diego area in case local phone service is not available.
Disaster Preparedness. Building the operational capacity of National Societies includes actions such as regularly updating contingency plans; ongoing training of response teams at local (BDRT), national (NDRT), and regional (Surge, Rapid Response) levels; pre-positioning of pooled and standardised stocks managed by the FRC through PIROI and hosted by NSs. Regional-level anticipatory action is strengthened by the use of forecasts. Technical meetings are held every year to identify lessons learned, share best practices, and review National Societies’ annual preparedness plans.
