Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan. Grantee shall submit a final Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan in accordance with Attachment C, Contract Deliverables, of the Grant Agreement. Grantee shall implement and maintain the HHSC- approved Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan specific to the transition and ongoing operations, including addressing provision of uninterrupted service delivery to clients, and update the. HHSC- approved plan must be in place prior to start of any services being provided. Any updates to the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days for review prior to implementation, and the current plan must be on file and available for HHSC review upon request. The Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan must include the following:
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan. Grantee must submit, implement, and maintain a Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan specific to the transition and on-going uninterrupted service delivery and operations within fifty (50) calendar days after contract effective date; and annually thereafter within thirty (30) calendar days prior to the end of each operational year. On-going plan updates and changes shall be submitted to HHSC for approval at least thirty (30) business days before a change becomes effective. The plan must include, but is not limited to the following:
A. An overall approach for reestablishing operations and service delivery within twenty-four
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan a. Supplier will provide a Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan at all times during the term of this Agreement for their offshore operations associated with each Project and or Application that is assigned to them by AT&T as set forth in Appendix J, “Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan”. Such Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan shall be reviewed and agreed upon with AT&T.
b. This should include, but not be limited to:
i. Demonstrate the existence of a recovery strategy, which is without charge to AT&T that is exercised with documented conclusions and recommended improvements.
ii. Ensure that failover processes and procedures are in place to support AT&T applications and these failover processes and procedures are exercised annually (at a minimum).
iii. Ensure that adequate communication documents, processes, and procedures are readily available and kept up to date.
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan. Grantee must submit, implement, and maintain a Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan specific to the transition and on-going uninterrupted service delivery and operations within fifty (50) calendar days after contract effective date; and annually thereafter within thirty (30) calendar days prior to the end of each operational year. The plan must include, but is not limited to the following:
A. An overall approach for reestablishing operations and service delivery within twenty- four (24) hours in the event of an unplanned catastrophe affecting performance of operations;
B. A description of potential issues that may realistically occur, including, but not limited to, instances such as natural disasters, a facility is no longer available, etc., during the operations phase of a project and an outline of courses of action to address and resolve the anticipated problems;
C. A description of the Grantee’s approach to determining disaster recovery site location, which must be located in the State of Texas. Indicate the location of the disaster recovery site and the proximity to Grantee’s central site;
D. A description of backup and recovery procedures specifying timeframes for restoring service and whether the service restored is full or partial;
E. Contingency plan addressing interruptions to the established training plan and outlining communication processes, short and/or long-term resolutions, action steps, and response time frames;
F. A description of the documentation and tracking instruments that will allow HHSC to determine if performance measures are met;
G. A proposed reporting mechanism specific to disaster recovery and contingency operations;
H. The process for informing HHSC contacts of the initiated disaster recovery and contingency operations; and
I. A commitment to participate in an enterprise-wide test of the disaster recovery solution annually or more frequently if required by HHSC.
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan. Within sixty (60) days after the Effective Date, Supplier shall submit for Cisco approval a plan for recovery and business continuity in the event of a disaster affecting any location relating in any way to the manufacture and sale of Products contemplated by this MPA (the “Plan”). Such Plan, at a minimum, shall identify available alternate facilities, infrastructure and logistics, and security and protective measures necessary to ensure minimal impact to Cisco’s supply of Products from Supplier.
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan. At all times during the Term, Supplier shall maintain and adequately support a disaster recovery and business continuity program that ensures the continuous operation and, in the event of an interruption, the recovery of all material business functions needed to meet Supplier’s obligations under this Agreement.
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan. The Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan is an internal document for the use of GovRA personnel describing how services will be restored in the event of a system crash or failure. It shall describe the emergency response procedure to be followed in the event of a disaster affecting the function(s) of the GovRA; a security incident or suspected security incident affecting the function(s) of the GovRA. The document shall include mechanisms for the preservation of evidence of system misuse which could be admissible in a court of law. This internal document is not publicly available and is restricted to ensure that the document is consistent with the information contained in the Security Profile, Operations Manual and the Code of Practice for Information Security Management (ISO/IEC 27002:2005) and the Guidelines for Information and Communications Technology Disaster Recovery Services (ISO/IEC 24762:2008).
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan. Voya maintains, and will continue to maintain throughout the Term, (a) a written disaster recovery plan (“Disaster Recovery Plan”), which Disaster Recovery Plan is designed to maintain Client’s access to services and prevent the unintended loss or destruction of Client data; and (b) a written business continuity plan (“BCP”) that permits Voya to recover from a disaster and continue providing services to customers, including Client, within the recovery time objectives set forth in the BCP. Upon Client’s reasonable request, Voya will provide Client with evidence of disaster recovery test date and result outcome.
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan. 27.1 At all times during the course of this Agreement, Supplier will maintain and adequately support a disaster recovery and business continuity program ("Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Program") that ensures the continuous operation and, in the event of an interruption, the recovery of all material business functions needed to meet Supplier's obligations under this Agreement. The Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Program will include at a minimum a detailed disaster recovery plan, which describes the management methodology, management team, emergency contact persons, and specific plans for potential risks that may disrupt Supplier's operations. The plan shall meet and be consistent with generally accepted industry standards. Upon demand, Supplier will provide a copy and overview of the plan to Lilly.
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan. A. Grantee must have a written disaster recovery and business continuity plan. The plan must comprehensively describe the approach to a disaster that could affect the need for Program services under this Contract or its ability to provide associated contractual requirements. The written plan must be based on a risk assessment that identifies the disasters from natural and human causes that are likely to occur in the agency's service area and must include a continuity of operations business plan that addresses direction and control; warning and communication; emergency financial needs and resource management; Consumer, staff, and attendant safety; continuity in the performance of, or arrangements for, essential service functions and the essential service needs of Consumer services; critical personnel; and how to return to operations as quickly as possible. The plan must provide for uninterrupted service delivery to the Consumers.
B. The approved plan must be in place prior to the effective date of the Grant Agreement.
