ENGINE COMPONENTS Clause Examples for Any Agreement

The ENGINE COMPONENTS clause defines which parts of an engine are covered, specified, or governed by the contract. It typically lists or describes the individual components—such as pistons, cylinders, or fuel injectors—that are included under the agreement, and may outline any exclusions or special conditions for certain parts. This clause ensures clarity about the scope of coverage or responsibility, preventing disputes over which engine parts are included or excluded in the contract's terms.
ENGINE COMPONENTS. Engine block and cylinder head(s), and all internally lubricated parts, including pistons, pins, rings, connecting rods and bearings, crankshaft and main bearings, camshaft, followers and cam bearings. Push rods, valves, springs, guides, seats, lifters, rocker arms, shafts, bushings, timing gear, timing chain or timing belt, belt tensioners and retainers. Eccentric shaft, oil pump, oil pump housing, oil cooler and oil cooler lines. Also covered are the following: water pump, oil pan, intake and exhaust manifolds; engine mounts and cushions; engine torque strut, timing cover, valve cover(s), harmonic balancer, flywheel (flexplate) and flywheel ring gear, vacuum pump, dipstick and tube, all pulleys and seals and gaskets. Rotary Engines: Rotor chamber, apex seals, main shaft bearings, rotor, all internally lubricated parts, and seals and gaskets. Hybrid Vehicles: Electric motor/controller, Invertors and Generator. (Batteries and Ultracapacitors are excluded)
ENGINE COMPONENTS. All internally lubricated parts including: pistons, piston rings & pins, crankshaft and main bearings, connection rods, rod bearings, Xxxx valves and xxxx blocks, and flywheel. Engine block, cylinder head and cylinder barrels if damaged as a result of a Mechanical Breakdown of a covered component.
ENGINE COMPONENTS. All internally lubricated parts including: pistons, piston rings & pins, crankshaft and main bearings, connection rods, and rod bearings. • Components Patheon will purchase and test all Components (with the exception of Client-Supplied Components) at Patheon’s expense and as required by the Specifications.

  • OPEN SOURCE COMPONENTS The DS Offerings may include open source components. Whenever notices (such as acknowledgment, copies of licenses or attribution notice) are required by the original licensor, such notices are included in the Documentation of the DS Offerings. Moreover, some open source components may not be distributed and licensed under the terms of the Agreement but under the terms of their original licenses as set forth in the Documentation of the DS Offerings themselves. Source code for open source software components is available upon request. Except for components mentioned in the section EXCLUSIONS below, the warranty and indemnification provided by DS under the Agreement apply to all open source software components and shall be provided by DS and not by the original licensor, but only for the use of the DS Offerings that is in compliance with the terms of the Agreement, and in conjunction with the DS Offerings. The original licensors of said open source software components provide them on an “as is” basis and without any liability whatsoever to Customer.

  • Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.
