Hotel Reservations. Purchaser shall honor (and shall cause any successor manager engaged by Purchaser to honor) all reservations at the Hotel or for any related conference, banquet, or meeting space or any recreational facilities in connection with the Hotel made by Seller in the ordinary course of business, at no less than the Hotel’s standard rates including customary discounted rates, on or prior to the Cut-off Time for periods on or after the Closing Date in accordance with Section 10.01(c) hereof. The obligations of Purchaser set forth in this Section 14.01(i) shall survive the Closing.
Hotel Reservations. MANAGEMENT shall be responsible for securing hotel reservations and shall furnish all ARTISTS a list of accommodations at different price ranges. Two (2) weeks prior to the first (1st) week of rehearsals or performance, whichever is earlier, the advance agent or company manager will submit to all ARTISTS of the company a list of available accommodations at the various price ranges. Within one (1) week thereafter, ARTIST shall indicate his/her acceptance or his/her preference to arrange for his own accommodations. Unless ARTIST notifies the company manager of his/her acceptance of such accommodations and the associated financial liabilities, MANAGEMENT shall be relieved of further responsibility. If ARTIST complies with this requirement and does not receive accommodations upon arrival, s/he shall not be required to rehearse or perform until such accommodations are made available. However, should circumstances beyond the control of MANAGEMENT (such as a hotel confirming a reservation and its not being available upon arrival of ARTIST) make it impossible for MANAGEMENT to provide the proposed accommodations, ARTIST shall not avail him/herself of such right, and MANAGEMENT shall provide other accommodations which are of the same or better quality.

Hotel Reservations. Hotels may put a hold on your Card in the amount of your estimated xxxx when you check in, which will make that amount unavailable for other purchases. The hold may last until a few days after you check out. Under certain circumstances, a hotel may require the use of a Card to guarantee reservations that may result in a hold on the available funds on the Card. If you cancel any guaranteed reservation made using the Card, you must obtain a cancellation number. If you fail to do so, the hold placed for the guaranteed reservation will not be canceled and the amount will be held against the balance on the Card. This may limit your future transactions. Hotel Reservations. (a) EMPLOYER may fulfill its obligations for providing local accommodations by securing first class executive apartments within walking distance of its rehearsals facilities. Otherwise the EMPLOYER shall be responsible for securing hotel reservations and shall furnish all ARTISTS a list of accommodations at different price ranges. If the ARTIST complied with this requirement and does not receive accommodations upon arrival, he shall not be required to rehearse or perform until such accommodations are forthcoming. However, should circumstances beyond the control of the EMPLOYER (e.g. the hotel dishonoring a confirmed reservation or the room not being available upon arrival of the ARTIST) make it impossible for the EMPLOYER to provide such accommodations, the ARTIST shall not avail himself of such right and the EMPLOYER shall provide other accommodations which are of the same or better quality. (b) PRODUCTION STAFF who are domiciled more than 55 miles from the city of origination and who are contracted for 14 or fewer weeks in a season will be provided local accommodations consistent with the standards set out in this Paragraph, at EMPLOYER’s expense. (c) PRODUCTION STAFF who are domiciled more than 55 miles from the city of origination and who are contracted for more than 14 weeks in a season will receive a $2,500 relocation stipend, in lieu of local accommodation. Any ARTIST who accepts such a stipend shall not be eligible for an additional relocation stipend or per diem payments during the following two (2) years, provided EMPLOYER notifies said ARTIST of its intention to contract for the following season by April 15 of the season in which the stipend is offered. Notwithstanding the above, an ARTIST who accepts a relocation stipend may be eligible for per diem payments pursuant to Paragraphs 20 or 24 of this Agreement.
