INTO THIS CONTRACT. If You own Your Property (or a Long-Term Leasehold Interest in Your Property) jointly with another person You must enter into this Contract jointly with that other person. If You do not occupy Your Property please also let us know BEFORE YOU ENTER INTO THIS CONTRACT as different arrangements may be required and We will consider this on a case by case basis.

  • Amending this contract (a) This contract may only be amended in accordance with the procedures set out in the National Energy Retail Law.

The acceptance of risks under this Agreement shall create no right or legal relationship between the Reinsurer and the insured, owner or beneficiary of any insurance policy or other contract of the Company.
