PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION. The following information pertaining to the undersigned as a natural person and U.S. Persons within the meaning of Regulation S is being provided here in lieu of furnishing a personal financial statement.
PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION. You promise to provide personal financial information about You that may be requested from time to time. This includes, but is not limited to: a. Your legal name; b. A valid U.S. mailing address and residential address (if different); c. Your date of birth; d. Your Social Security number; e. Your telephone number(s); and f. Your employment and income information. You promise to promptly provide notification of any changes to Your personal information, including but not limited to Your name, mailing address, email address or telephone number. You may provide notification by sending an email to [email protected]. In doing so, You agree that You will not provide false information or signatures, electronic or otherwise, at any time. You may be asked for additional documents to verify any changes.

PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION. You promise to give us personal financial information about you Late Payment Fee. If we do not receive the Minimum Payment Due by its Payment Due Date, we will charge you a Late Payment Fee of up to $25.00. If this happens again within the next six Billing Cycles, we will charge you a Late Payment Fee of up to $35.00. However, the Late Payment Fee will not exceed the applicable Minimum Payment Due. No Late Payment Fee will be due if the reas- on the Minimum Payment Due is late is either: • attributable solely to a Late Payment Fee assessed on an earlier payment; or • because, after default, the entire balance on this Account is due. No interest will be assessed on a Late Payment Fee until its Payment Due Date as reflected on the billing statement. After such Payment Due Date, any unpaid portion of the Late Payment Fee will become part of the Standard Balance that is subject to the Standard APR. Returned Payment Fee. If your payment on the Account is returned unpaid when we present to your bank or financial institution for “not sufficient funds” or for other reasons such as a closed ac- count, we will charge you a Returned Payment Fee of up to $25.00. If this happens again within the next six Billing Cycles, we will charge you a Returned Payment Fee of up to $35.00. However, the Returned Payment Fee will not exceed the applicable Minimum Payment Due. No interest will be assessed on a Returned Payment Fee until its Payment Due Date as reflected on the billing statement. After such Payment Due Date, any unpaid portion of the Returned Payment Fee will become part of the Standard Balance that is subject to the Standard APR. H ow W e C alculate Interest. We calculate interest for each Billing Cycle using the Daily Balance method; interest is compounded daily. A separate Daily Balance is calculated for each balance type that carries a different APR.

This includes the details which we obtain from you at the outset of the tenancy and records concerning rent payments, your conduct in relation to the tenancy, repairs, utilities and the other information which you would expect relating to the tenancy and/or the property you occupy. We collect this information to enable us to manage the tenancy/the property and also to ensure that we are able to carry out our responsibilities. This information will be retained once the tenancy has ended for so long as it is considered necessary. Any staff employed by us or our professional advisers may have access to this information.
