Plot Plan. Licensee shall submit a final plot plan (layout) of the event for review and approval by the Director or his designee at least fourteen (14) business days in advance of the set-up date. The plot plan shall also include a security plan, traffic control, trash removal, location and amount of temporary restrooms and parking. The Director or his designee will notify the Licensee of any required changes and/or approval before set-up date.

Plot Plan. The construction drawings must include a Plot Plan designated as such on the drawing and consisting of one sheet only. The Plot Plan serves as the basis for the Site Memorandum.   • Improvement Plan A detailed, written plan collaboratively developed between the teacher and evaluator, utilized solely when a teacher receives an Evaluation Rating of ineffective. The approved form for the Improvement Plan is attached to this agreement.

  • Master Plan The School shall prepare its own facility master plan in compliance with the rules of the Public School Capital Outlay Council and the Public Schools Capital Outlay Actxxvi.
