Protection from Liability. 14.1.1 Teachers shall not be held liable for loss, damage, or destruction of school property when such loss, damage, or destruction is not the fault of the Teacher. 14.1.2 Teachers shall report any loss, damage, or destruction of school property to their Supervisor immediately upon becoming aware of such loss, damage, or destruction.
