Roadside Furniture. (i) Roadside furniture like km / Hectometer Stones, Railings, Traffic Impact Attenuators, Delineator shall be provided in accordance with the provision of relevant Manual and Traffic Signage plan as indicated in Annexure-III of Schedule- A and deemed to be part of this Schedule-B. (ii) RCC boundary pillar shall be provided along the entire length on either side of the project highway. (iii) Traffic Signs boards shall be provided as per the road signage plan indicated in Annexure-III of Schedule-A which shall be deemed to be part of this Schedule-B. (iv) Overhead traffic signs: Overhead signs shall be provided as per Section 9 of IRC: SP:84-2019.
Roadside Furniture. (i) Road side furniture comprising road signs, road markings, object markers, hazard marker, studs, delineators, safety barriers, pedestrian guard rails, boundary stones, kilometer stone etc. shall be provided as stipulated in Section 11 of the Manual.   • Furniture During the Term, at no charge to Subtenant, Subtenant shall be permitted to use the remaining existing modular and office furniture located in the Subleased Premises and described in more particular detail in Exhibit C attached hereto (the “Office Furniture”) as well as all equipment and associated data cabling existing in the Subleased Premises (the Office Furniture together with any equipment and data cabling, being referred to collectively as the “Furniture”). Subtenant shall accept the Furniture in its current condition without any warranty of fitness from Sublandlord (Subtenant expressly acknowledges that no warranty is made by Sublandlord with respect to the condition of any cabling currently located in or serving the Subleased Premises or with respect to the fitness of such cabling for Subtenant’s intend use thereof). For purposes of documenting the current condition of the Office Furniture, Subtenant and Sublandlord shall, within ten (10) days after Sublandlord’s receipt of the Furniture Notice, conduct a joint walk-through of the Subleased Premises in order to inventory items of damage or disrepair. Subtenant shall use the Furniture only for the purposes for which such Furniture is intended and shall be responsible for the proper maintenance, insurance, care and repair of the Furniture, at Subtenant’s sole cost and expense. Subtenant shall not modify, reconfigure or relocate any of the Furniture except with the advance written notice to Sublandlord, and any work of modifying any Furniture (including, without limitation, changing the configuration of, “breaking down” or reassembly of cubicles or other modular furniture) shall be performed at Subtenant’s sole cost. No item of Furniture shall be removed from the Subleased Premises without Sublandlord’s prior written consent.

  • Installation Services The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment Licensee acknowledges receipt in good condition of the Premises, without warranty, expressed or implied, on its condition or fitness. Licensee shall not alter the Premises’ fixtures, furnishings or equipment without consent of the Institute. Upon expiration or revocation of this License Contract, Licensee shall return the Premises, with Institute’s furniture, fixtures and equipment to Institute in the same condition as when received, less reasonable wear and tear. Licensee waives California Civil Code Section 1957, if applicable.

  • Installations Any special carpentry, wiring, electrical or other work, gas, steam, water and drainage connection shall be installed at Exhibitor’s expense, and in accordance with the building and Management’s direction.

  • Plumbing fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which designed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be thrown or deposited therein. Damage resulting to any such fixtures or appliances from misuse by a tenant or its agents, employees or invitees, shall be paid by such tenant.
