SAFETY REGULATIONS. Equipment shall meet all State and Federal safety regulations.
SAFETY REGULATIONS. 4.4.1 To ensure that all the furniture and equipment within the Property complies with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 as amended in 1993. 4.4.2 To ensure that all gas appliances comply with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 and that a copy of the Landlord Gas Safety Record will be given to the Tenant before start of this Tenancy. 4.4.3 To ensure that all electrical appliances comply with the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994, Plugs and Sockets, etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994 and also Part P Building Regulations January 2005. 4.4.4 To ensure that any electrician carrying out electrical work at the Property is a member of an approved scheme. 4.4.5 To confirm that a certificate in compliance with The Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector (England) Regulations 2020 will be given to the Tenant prior to the start of any new Tenancy, or any renewal of a fixed term; or a Tenancy that becomes periodic after June 1 2020; and in any event for all tenancies regardless of the commencement date from April 1 2021. 4.4.6 To provide a smoke alarm on each storey of the Property and a carbon monoxide alarm in any room with a fixed combustion appliance – that is to say fixed gas, oil or solid fuel appliances/heating systems (excluding gas cookers in England) for any new Tenancy granted; to have these checked and tested to ensure they are fully operational at the start of the Tenancy and to hold a written record proving that the tests have been carried out.
SAFETY REGULATIONS. 9.5.1 The furniture and equipment within the Premises complies with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire)(Safety) Regulations 1988 as amended in 1993. 9.5.2 The gas appliances comply with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 and that a copy of the Safety Check Certificate will be given to the Tenant when signing this Agreement. 9.5.3 The electrical appliances at the Premises comply with the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994. 9.5.4 The Premises are compliant with The Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (England) Regulations 2015 at the start of the Tenancy.
SAFETY REGULATIONS. It is the exclusive function of the Employer to enforce safety and other regulations.
SAFETY REGULATIONS. The insurance is subject to general requirements and special requirements for certain events. The special requirements are set out in the relevant section of the policy. - The vehicle must not be driven by a driver who is criminally under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medicines, or any other intoxicating agent - The driver must have the license and age required to drive the vehicle - The vehicle must not be used if a driving ban has been imposed or has begun during the rental period - The vehicle manufacturer's instructions on the use, care and repair of the vehicle, its devices, equipment, and tools must be followed - The vehicle must be legally equipped, e.g., legal tire depth thread - The provisions of Indie Campers terms of use and rental agreement must be respected - Laws and government regulations must be complied with Failure to comply with the requirements may result in a reduction in the amount of compensation for damage or even a total absence of compensation, depending on the significance of the occurrence and extent of the damage. In addition, the deductible may be increased by up to 100% for the renter.
SAFETY REGULATIONS. 9.1 The machinery, apparatus, equipment, tools and installations we order must meet the latest accident prevention regulations and be accident-proof. 9.2 Electrical parts of the above mentioned items must be of the latest technological standard and be in keeping with the latest VDE regulations.

To confirm that all gas appliances comply with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 and that a copy of the safety check record is given to the Tenant at the start of the Tenancy and annually thereafter. 6.3. To confirm that all electrical appliances comply with the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994, and the Plugs and Sockets, etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994. 6.4. To ensure that any electrician carrying out electrical work at the Premises is a member of an approved scheme.
SAFETY REGULATIONS. The Landlord warrants that (i) Where applicable all upholstered furniture, soft furnishings, beds, bed bases, mattresses (and mattress toppers), pillows, cushions and seat pads supplied to the Property comply with the provisions of The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 and The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 1993. (ii) All gas appliances within the Property comply with the Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations 1998 and that all gas appliances will be serviced annually in accordance with The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998. A copy of the Gas Safety Check Record will be provided to the Tenant at the start of the Tenancy and within 28 days of the annual check undertaken during the Term. (iii) All mechanical and electrical equipment in the Property are in good repair and working order and that all electrical equipment supplied to the Property complies with The Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994 and the Plugs and Sockets etc (Safety) Regulations 1994. (iv) The Property is in a habitable condition.
SAFETY REGULATIONS. 22.1 The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 as amended by the Gas Safety Regulations 2009 place duties on landlords, gas consumer installers and suppliers. All gas appliances including cookers, fires, boilers, water heaters and central heating systems must be both fitted professionally and regularly serviced by British Gas or an installer registered with Gas Safe. By law all landlords are responsible for making sure that appliances are maintained in good order and checked for safety at least every 12 months. Landlords are legally obliged to keep a record of the safety checks and to provide this report and certificate to the agent and tenant at the beginning of the tenancy. Please note that a tenant may refuse entry to the premises if the Gas Safe Certificate is not provided. The Gas Safe Advice Line on 0800 408 5500 can offer further advice if required. 22.2 The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 1996. All beds, upholstery, upholstered furnishings, loose fittings and permanent or loose covers must be fireproof. Therefore, all furnishings must carry a label stating that they comply with the provisions of that Act or that even if they do not carry such a label the Landlord must ensure they comply nevertheless. It is illegal to provide any such property in contravention of these regulations and there are severe penalties for noncompliance. 22.3 The Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994 State that all electrical appliances supplied with let accommodation must be safe. This applies to both new and second-hand appliances and covers all electrical items supplied for the intended use of the Tenant. The regulations also cover fixed appliances such as cookers, showers and immersion heaters which must also be safe. The only sure method of ensuring that these appliances are safe is to have them tested by a trained competent person using the appropriate calibrated portable appliance testing equipment (PAT). 22.4 The Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector (England) Regulations 2020 states Landlords in the Private Rented Sector must ensure every electrical installation in their residential premises is inspected and tested at intervals of no more than five years by a qualified and competent person. SAFETY REGULATIONS. All employees of each Party when on the property of the other Party will conform to the rules, regulations and procedures concerning safety of such other Party. From time to time, each Party shall furnish the other Party with complete, accurate and current copies of all such rules, regulations and procedures.
