Severable Agreement Sample Clauses

Severable Agreement. If any term, clause or provision hereof is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or operation of any other term, clause or provision and such invalid term, clause or provision shall be deemed to be severed from this agreement.

Severable Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court or other agency of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, then the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force without being impaired or invalidated in any way.

Severable Agreement. This Agreement is severable. Authorization to perform one of the design phases or activities under this Agreement shall not be considered as creating any obligation of DFCM to authorize any further phase(s) or activity(ies).

If such condition, covenant or other provision is held to be invalid due to its scope or breadth, it is agreed that it shall be deemed to remain valid to the extent permitted by law.
