Written Statement. The written statement of the grievance shall briefly summarize the facts in order to identify the problem raised and the solution sought.
Written Statement. When a student is referred for disciplinary action, the employee shall furnish the principal or designated representative, as promptly as teaching obligations will allow, with full particulars on the problem or incident in writing utilizing the student referral form. In cases where the student has been removed, the principal/designee shall furnish a written response on the referral form prior to returning the student to class. In cases where the student has not been removed from class, the principal/designee’s response shall be provided to the employee within two (2) workdays.
Written Statement. The written statement of the grievance shall briefly summarize the facts in order to identify the problem raised and the solution sought. No grievance may be rejected by reason of defect in form or technical error in the written statement. All decisions taken by mutual agreement in writing between the designated representatives of the Company and the Union, at any time during the grievance and arbitration procedures, shall be final and binding upon the Company, the Union and the employees. The time limits provided for in the present article are mandatory and may only be prolonged by mutual agreement in writing between the Company and the Union.
Written Statement. A teacher may be permitted to enter a statement in his/her file relative to a grievance in which he/she was a party. The master file on each teacher shall be maintained in the Superintendent's office.
Written Statement. The statement required by Appendix B, Section A shall clearly indicate the following:
a. The separation is not due to the job performance of the faculty member and is without prejudice to such employee.
b. The basis for the RIF as one or both of the conditions set forth in Section B of this Article.
c. The effective date of separation from service.

Should any employee have reason to believe that there are inaccuracies in documents contained in his or her file, the member may notify the Employer in writing of the alleged inaccuracy. The employee shall have the right to submit a written statement detailing his or her objections to the materials in question. If such a statement is prepared, it shall be attached to the material objected to by the member.
Written Statement. If the parties fail to resolve the dispute, the party who invoked the procedure shall give to the other party or parties a written statement setting out -
(a) The nature of the dispute and
(b) The relevant facts in relation to the dispute and
(c) The solution sought in respect of the dispute.
Written Statement. During each step where a grievance is reduced to writing, the written statement shall specify:
1. The name of the grievant
2. The provision violated
3. Date the violation occurred 4 Explanation of violation 5. Proposed remedy
Written Statement. If step 1 is unsuccessful, the person initiating the procedure or their representative shall provide the other party with a written statement setting out:
a) The nature of the grievance or dispute; and
b) The facts relied upon; and
c) What remedy they seek for resolution Time Limit: Where the issue is a personal grievance, the employee must give the employer written notice within 90 days of either the event which gave rise to the grievance, or the event coming to the notice of the employee whichever is the later.
Written Statement. Prior to the date on which the arbitration hearing is to commence, the Union and the Company shall confer and prepare a complete written statement of the facts which are relevant to the subject of the arbitration. This written statement shall also contain any matters of evidence upon which the parties are agreed. This written statement shall be presented to the Board of Arbitration on the opening of the hearing.
