A ward definition

A ward means any grant or sale pursuant to the Plan of Options, Stock Appreciation Rights, Performance Units, Performance Awards,Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Units, or Stock Grants.
A ward means any of the following stock or stock-based awards authorized for issuance or grant under the Plan: stock option, stock appreciation right, direct stock issuance, restricted stock or restricted stock unit award or other stock-based award.
