Agency Guidelines means the Xxxxxx Xxx Guide, the Xxxxxx Mae Guide and/or the Xxxxxxx Mac Guide, the FHA Regulations, the VA Regulations and/or the Rural Housing Service Regulations, as the context may require, in each case as such guidelines have been or may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by Xxxxxx Mae, Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxx Mac, FHA, VA or RHS, as applicable.

Agency Guidelines means those requirements, standards and procedures which may be adopted by the Agencies from time to time with respect to their purchase or guaranty of residential mortgage loans, which requirements govern the Agencies’ willingness to purchase or guaranty such loans.

Agency Guidelines. The Xxxxxx Xxx Guide, Xxxxxxx Mac Guide or Xxxxxx Xxx Guide, as applicable, as such Agency Guidelines may be modified from time to time or enacted subsequent to the date of this Agreement, and any other applicable agreements, rules, regulations, directives, announcements, bulletins and instructions of the applicable Agency relating to the servicing or subservicing of residential mortgage loans.

Examples of Agency Guidelines in a sentence

  • The Fund shall use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with any applicable Rating Agency Guidelines.

  • If the Rating Agency Guidelines require the Company to receive a prior written confirmation that certain actions would not impair the rating then assigned by the Rating Agency to the MRP Shares, then the Company will not engage in such actions unless it has received written confirmation from each such Rating Agency that such actions would not impair the rating then assigned by such Rating Agency.
