Amendment and Restatement Agreement definition

Amendment and Restatement Agreement means the Amendment and Restatement Agreement dated as of the date hereof, among the Borrower, the other Loan Parties party thereto, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.

Amendment and Restatement Agreement means the Amendment and Restatement Agreement, dated as of September 30, 2011, among the Borrowers, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.

Amendment and Restatement Agreement has the meaning given to such term in the recitals hereto.
