Area A definition

Area A means the areas coloured red on the plan marked “X” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purpose of identification;
Area A means the area marked “Area A” outlined in red on the Plan (excluding that part shaded grey on the Plan);

Examples of Area A in a sentence

  • Area A division of Canadian fisheries waters as described in the Pacific Fishery Management Area Regulations.

  • Exit the Bart station and cross the Main Hall past the airline ticket counters toward Boarding Area A.

  • For example, if all services were now built (and funded) within Area A (which is 75% built out) and this was funded with some revenues from Areas B and C, moving to an area rating approach would see Area A contribute no funds to the costs of services in Areas B and C.

  • However, assuming that in some cases it might be very unlikely that both TSOs need to activate the full amount reserve capacity at the same time, the TSOs of Area A and Area B can ‘share’ part of their reserve capacity.

More Definitions of Area A

Area A means the area delineated as follows:
Area A means all that piece of land (comprising 100 acres or thereabouts) delineated and coloured partly in red and the remainder in hachure on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification and being (subject to survey) the land more particularly described in Schedule “A” hereto but if the boundaries of the land are altered pursuant to clause 3 hereof means that land as so altered;
Area A means portion of Cockburn Sound Location 244 being that part of Lot 35 on Diagram 48055, comprising an area of about 6.000 0 hectares (subject to survey) as is delineated and coloured green on the plan and being part of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 1400 Folio 80;
Area A means the populated areas delineated by a red line and shaded in xxxxx on attached map No. 1;
Area A means a sea area outside of areas B, C and D. ‘Area B’ means a sea area, whose geographical coordinates are at no point morethan 20 miles from the line of coast, corresponding to the medium tide height, but which is outside of areas C and D. ‘Area C’ means a sea area, whose geographical coordinates are at any point no more than 5 miles from the line of coast, corresponding to the medium tide height, but outside of sea area D if any.Additionally the probability of the significant wave height exceeding 2,5 metres shall be smaller than 10 % for a period of one-year forall-year-round operation, or for a specific period for seasonal operation, such as summer period operation. ‘Area D’ means a sea area, whose geographical coordinates are at any point no more than 3 miles from the line of coast, corresponding to the medium tide height.Additionally the probability of the significant wave height exceeding 1,5 metres shall be smaller than 10 % for a period of one-year forall-year-round operation, or for a specific period for seasonal operation, such as summer period operation.
