Carrier Contract definition

Carrier Contract means an agreement by and between the Board and a Provider which establishes terms for the benefits, administration or funding of Group Employee Benefits or Other Financial and Risk Management Services.
Carrier Contract has the meaning specified in Section 2.9(a)(vii).
Carrier Contract means the supply agreement (if any) to be entered into prior to the Closing between Sullair Corporation and Carrier Corporation in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Purchaser.
