Class A Adjusted Invested Amount definition

Class A Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any date of determination, an amount equal to the Class A Invested Amount less the Principal Funding Account Balance (but not in excess of the Class A Invested Amount) on such date.
Class A Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any date of determination, an amount equal to the Class A Invested Amount minus the funds on deposit in the Principal Funding Account (in an amount not to exceed the Class A Invested Amount) on such date of determination.
