Common Stock Shares definition

Common Stock Shares means the 15,151,515 shares of Common Stock to be purchased by Petrohawk pursuant to this Agreement. "Common Stock Shares and Warrant Purchase Price" has the meaning given such term in Section 2.1 hereof.

Common Stock Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable at Closing to a Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement.
