Company Privacy Policies definition

Company Privacy Policies means all current and, to the extent applicable, prior public or internal policies, procedures and representations of the Company or its Subsidiaries to the extent relating to data security or the Processing of Personally Identifiable Information, including the Data Protection Program.
Company Privacy Policies means, collectively, any and all (A) of the Company’s and all of each Subsidiary’s data privacy and security policies, whether applicable internally, or published on Company Websites or otherwise made available by the Company or any Subsidiary to any Person and (B) public representations (including representations on Company Websites), industry self-regulatory obligations and commitments and Contracts with third parties relating to the Processing of Company Data.
Company Privacy Policies means, collectively, any and all (A) of the Company’s and each Subsidiary’s data privacy and security policies, whether applicable internally, or published on Company Websites or otherwise made available by the Company or any Subsidiary to any Person, (B) public representations (including representations on Company Websites), industry self-regulatory obligations and commitments and Contracts with third parties relating to the Processing of Company Data and (C) policies and obligations applicable to the Company or any Subsidiary as a result of Company’s or any Subsidiary’s certification under any Applicable Law.

Company Privacy Policies shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.31 hereof.

Company Privacy Policies means the written (a) internal or external data protection, data usage, privacy and security policies of the Company with respect to Personal Data, (b) public commitments to the general public with respect to privacy, security, or the Processing of Personal Data, and (c) policies and obligations applicable to the Company or its Subsidiaries as a result of any certification with respect to privacy, security, or the Processing of Personal Data.
Company Privacy Policies shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(a) of this Agreement.
Company Privacy Policies means collectively, any and all (A) versions of the Company’s and each Subsidiary’s data privacy and security policies, whether applicable internally, or published on Company websites, that are or were in effect since January 1, 2014 and (B) policies and obligations arising under applicable Privacy Laws to the Company or any Subsidiary as a result of the Company’s or any Subsidiary’s certification under the EU-U.S. / Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks, to the extent applicable.
