Company Related Party definition
Company Related Party has the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.
Company Related Party means the Company or any of the Company’s former, current and future Affiliates, shareholders, assignees, controlling persons, directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, partners, members, managers, general or limited partners or Representatives.
Company Related Party means the Company, any holder of Company Common Stock and each of their respective Affiliates and their and their respective Affiliates’ Representatives.

Without limiting the foregoing, no Company Related Party (other than the Company or an Operating Subsidiary) (i) owns or licenses any material intellectual property used in or necessary for the operation of the business of the Company or the Operating Subsidiary or (ii) owns or leases any real property used or intended to be used in, or otherwise related to, the business of the Company or an Operating Subsidiary.

Company Related Party means the Company and its Subsidiaries and any of their respective former, current and future officers, employees, directors, partners, shareholders, management members or Affiliates (excluding any Parent Related Party).
