Confidential Business means Business Information which is not generally known concerning Information" the Baltic Group's business, customers,financial or other affairs; "Covenantors" means the covenantors named in the Tax Covenant; "Disclosure Letter" means the letter dated the same date as this agreement written by the Sellers to the Purchasers for the purposes of sub-clause 7.1 (Purchasers' Remedies and Sellers Limitations on Liability) and delivered to the Purchasers' Solicitors before the execution of this agreement and shall be deemed to include all documents listed in such letter or listed in the index annexed to such letter;
