Constituent entity means an entity that is a party to a merger.
Common elements means all portions of the condominium other than the units.
Constituent Corporations has the meaning set forth in the second recital of this Agreement.
Constituent Company means an existing company that is participating in a merger or consolidation with one or more other existing companies;
Constituent organization means an organization that is party to a merger.
Constituent corporation means any corporation which engages with the Company, its Parent or any Subsidiary in a transaction to which Section 424(a) of the Code applies (or would apply if the option assumed or substituted were an ISO), or any Parent or any Subsidiary of such corporation.
Constituent means any State resident or other person
Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).
Assisted cleaning or washing of tangible personal property means cleaning or

General common elements means the common elements other than the limited common elements.
Apparent owner means the person whose name appears on the records of the holder as the person entitled to property held, issued, or owing by the holder.
Common Area means all real property owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners.
Constituent Documents means, in respect of any Person, the certificate or articles of formation or organization, the limited liability company agreement, operating agreement, partnership agreement, joint venture agreement or other applicable agreement of formation or organization (or equivalent or comparable constituent documents) and other organizational documents and by-laws and any certificate of incorporation, certificate of formation, certificate of limited partnership and other agreement, similar instrument filed or made in connection with its formation or organization, in each case, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Tangible Personal Property means all tangible personal property and interests therein, including machinery, computers and accessories, furniture, office equipment, communications equipment, automobiles, trucks, forklifts and other vehicles owned or leased by the Company and other tangible property.
Constituent Person has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(b).
Organic Waste means wastes comprising material originated from living organisms and their metabolic waste products, including food, green material, landscape and pruning waste, clean unpainted/untreated wood (with no nails, wire, etc.), paper products, and printing and writing paper, but excluding textiles and carpets, manure, biosolids, digestate, sludges, non-compostable paper, Construction & Demolition Debris, and Hazardous Waste. No material shall be considered Organic Waste unless it has been segregated by the customer for separate collection.
Common Property means any and all real and personal property and easements and other interests therein, together with the facilities and improvements located thereon, now or hereafter owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners.
Constituent Holder means any stockholder, collective investment fund included within a Qualifying Fund (as defined in paragraph (D) below) or beneficial holder whose stock ownership is counted for the purposes of qualifying as holding the Proxy Access Request Required Shares (as defined in paragraph (D) below) or qualifying as an Eligible Stockholder (as defined in paragraph (D) below);
Intangible Personal Property means incorporeal personal property including, but not limited to, deposits in banks, negotiable instruments, mortgages, debts, receivables, shares of stock, bonds, notes, credits, evidences of an interest in property, evidences of debt, and choses in action generally.
Excluded Personal Property has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(c).
Constituent College means a college or institution established and maintained by the University;
Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.
Admitted assets means the amount thereof as of the last day of the most recently concluded annual statement year, computed in accordance with rule 191—5.6(505,515,520).
Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.
Personal Property means all machinery, equipment, furniture, furnishings, movable walls or partitions, computers (and all associated software), trade fixtures and other personal property (but excluding consumable inventory and supplies owned by Tenant) used in connection with the Leased Property, together with all replacements and alterations thereof and additions thereto, except items, if any, included within the definition of Fixtures or Improvements.
