Construction Consultant definition

Construction Consultant means the construction consultant, if any, engaged by Administrative Agent with respect to the Project.

Construction Consultant means a third-party architect or engineer selected and retained by Funding Xxxxxx, at the cost and expense of Borrower, to monitor the progress of construction and/or rehabilitation of the Project and to inspect the Improvements to confirm compliance with this Borrower Loan Agreement.

Construction Consultant means a person or firm appointed or designated by Lender from time to time to inspect the progress of the Construction of the Improvements and the conformity of construction with the Plans and Specifications, the Budget and the Project Schedule, and to perform such other acts and duties for such other purposes as Lender may from time to time deem appropriate or as may be required by the terms of this Agreement.

Construction Consultant means Inspection & Valuation International, Inc. or any other Person designated from time to time by the Bank Agent, in its sole discretion acting pursuant to the Disbursement Agreement, to serve as the Construction Consultant under the Disbursement Agreement.

Construction Consultant. Inspection & Valuation International, Inc. or such other construction consultant of recognized national standing appointed by the Administrative Agent with, unless at the time of such appointment there exists an Event of Default, the consent of the Borrower (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

Construction Consultant means a Person engaged by Lender to inspect the Project and the Properties as construction progresses and to consult with and to provide advice to, and to render reports to, Lender which, at Lender’s option, may be either an officer or employee of Lender or a consulting architect, engineer or inspector appointed or engaged by Lender at the sole cost and expense of Borrowers. On the date hereof, the Construction Consultant is Inspection & Valuation International, Inc.

Construction Consultant means the Construction Consultant selected by WPHC to monitor construction on behalf of WPHC, or such other consultant as may be selected by WPHC.

Construction Consultant has the meaning set forth in Section 7.7.
