Examples of Customer Consents in a sentence
Customer shall, at its cost and expense, obtain and maintain the Customer Consents.
From the date hereof until the Closing Date, and subject to the provisions of Section 2.08 hereof, Seller shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to give all notices to, and obtain all consents from, all third parties under any Required Consents, Ticketing Customer Consents and any other third parties that are described in Section 4.03 of the Disclosure Schedule.
This meal program is not to be used for alcohol purchase, delivery fees, catered items or special events outside of our dining rooms.
In the event that Customer has not obtained all Customer Consents as of the Effective Date, Supplier shall implement, at Customer’s cost and expense and subject to Customer’s prior approval, alternative approaches as reasonably necessary to provide the Services without such Customer Consent.
Seller and Buyer must have also received the Customer Consents from Seller’s two (2) largest customers identified on Schedule 6.19.
