Damaged Goods definition

Damaged Goods means Goods which suffer Damage;
Damaged Goods shall have the meaning ascribed to that term in the Inventory Instructions.
Damaged Goods shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).

More Definitions of Damaged Goods

Damaged Goods means those Goods warehoused at the Facility, on the Determination Date or at the time of a subsequent Physical Inventory performed by SCS, that are destroyed or damaged due to SCS's negligence such that they cannot be sold.

Household goods do not include property moving from a factory or store, unless the property was purchased by the householder with intent to use the property in his or her dwelling, the property is transported at the request of the householder, and the householder pays the carrier's transportation charges either directly or indirectly.

  • Eligible Finished Goods Inventory means Inventory that qualifies as Eligible Inventory and consists of first quality finished goods held for sale in the ordinary course of Borrowers’ business.

  • Perishable goods means personal property maintained under controlled conditions for its preservation, and susceptible to loss or damage if the controlled conditions change.
