Data Room definition
Data Room means the virtual data room maintained by the Liquidator, created for the Qualified Bidders to access information in relation to the Company;
Data Room means the virtual data room created and maintained by the Liquidator for Qualified Bidder(s) to conduct the due diligence and to access the information & documents in relation to the Corporate Debtor under the terms of the Confidentiality Undertaking;
Data Room has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2.
Examples of Data Room in a sentence
For purposes of this Section 9.1(b): “Diligence Documents” means (a) the documents made available to Purchaser in the Data Room, or (b) any documents which are otherwise obtained by, or in the possession of, Purchaser or any of its Affiliates prior to the date of this Agreement in connection with, as a result of, or arising from the joint venture operations of Falikang.
As promptly as practicable, but in any event no later than five (5) Business Days following the Closing Date, Seller shall deliver, or shall cause to be delivered, to Buyer a copy (via electronic file transfer) of the Data Room, as of the Closing.

Data Room has the meaning set forth in Section 11.5.
