Delivery Materials definition

Delivery Materials means the materials specified in paragraph 6 of Schedule I.

Delivery Materials means the materials comprising the Content, in any electronic or physical form, to be delivered by the Licensor to the Licensee. “Delivery Date” means [INSERT].

Delivery Materials means the materials set forth on Schedule 6.1.

Delivery Materials means the materials that must be delivered and/or made available to Netflix as specified in, and in accordance with the terms of, the Netflix Notice of Assignment.

Delivery Materials means those Deliverables matching the Technical Specification and the Delivery Material Media Specification (as set out in part B of schedule 4) to be delivered by the Supplier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;

Delivery Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.

Delivery Materials means (a) a copy of each Licensed Title at the highest resolution available to Licensor, including “UHD,” and/or “4K” if available, and as a separate file, if available “HDR”, but at least HD in every case unless agreed differently in the relevant Deal Terms, (b) the Language Assets, (c) the Licensor Promotional Materials, (d) the Title Metadata, and (e) all other materials required under the Content Delivery Specifications.

Delivery Materials. As used in this Agreement, Delivery Materials shall include Masters, Materials and the credit and copyright notices.

Delivery Materials means (a) for any Funded Qualifying Project that is a Film Production, those materials listed on Schedule “DM” and (b) for any Funded Qualifying Project that is neither a Film Production nor a Television Production (e.g. a “direct-to-video” Production), such materials as Distributor shall notify Issuer in writing no less than ***** prior to Delivery of such Funded Qualifying Project.
