Delivery Materials definition
Delivery Materials means the materials specified in paragraph 6 of Schedule I.
Delivery Materials means the materials comprising the Content, in any electronic or physical form, to be delivered by the Licensor to the Licensee. “Delivery Date” means [INSERT].
