Environmental Regulations definition

Environmental Regulations shall have the meaning given to the term in Clause 1.2 of Schedule 3;
Environmental Regulations means any federal, state or local law, statute, code, ordinance, regulation, requirement or rule relating to dangerous, toxic or hazardous pollutants, Hazardous Substances or chemical waste, materials or substances.
Environmental Regulations has the meaning set forth in Section 4.12(b).

  • The Tenant, at the Tenant’s sole cost and expense, shall comply with and observe (i) all ordinances, rules, regulations and requirements of all municipal, state and federal and other applicable governmental authorities hereafter in force pertaining to the Premises and the use thereof, including but not limited to any Environmental Regulations; and (ii) all requirements and rules and regulations of any applicable insurance rating agency.

  • If the Tenant breaches the foregoing, the Tenant shall give the City Notice (as defined in Section 27) of such breach and at the City’s option, the City (at the Tenant’s expense) or the Tenant shall immediately undertake remedial action in accordance with Environmental Regulations.

Environmental Regulations means any hazardous substance content laws and regulations including, without limitation, those related to the EU Directive 2002/95/EC about the Restriction of Use of Hazardous Substances (RoHS).

(together with the regulations promulgated thereunder, "CAA") and the Toxic Substances Control Act, as amended (15 U.S.C. Section 2601, et. seq.) (together with the regulations promulgated thereunder, "TSCA"), and any state or local similar laws and regulations and any so-called local, state or federal "superfund" or "superlien" law.

"The Company Property" shall mean real estate currently owned, leased, or otherwise used by the Company, or in which the Company has an investment or security interest (by mortgage, deed of trust, sale and lease-back or otherwise), including, without limitation, properties under foreclosure and properties held by the Company in its capacity as a trustee or otherwise. "Tank" shall mean treatment or storage tanks, sumps, or water, gas or oil xxxxx and associated piping transportation devices.
