Each Adjusted RSU Award shall otherwise be subject to the same terms and conditions applicable to the corresponding Company RSU Award or Company PSU Award, as applicable, under the Company Equity Plan and the applicable award agreement, including vesting terms, except that any Adjusted RSU Award corresponding to a Company PSU Award shall no longer be subject to any performance-based vesting conditions.
For purposes of the immediately preceding sentence, the number of shares of Company Common Stock subject to a Company PSU Award as of immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be determined in accordance with the applicable award agreement (or if not addressed in the applicable award agreement, the Company Equity Plan).
From time to time, the Employee may receive additional equity incentive awards under the Equity Plan (or under any other equity incentive plan adopted by the Company to supplement or succeed the Equity Plan).
