Equity Plan definition

Equity Plan means any stock or equity purchase plan, restricted stock or equity plan or other similar equity compensation plan now or hereafter adopted by the Company or the Corporation.
Equity Plan means any plan, agreement or other arrangement that provides for the grant or issuance of equity or equity-based awards and that is now in effect or is hereafter adopted by the Partnership, the General Partner or the Special Limited Partner for the benefit of any of their respective employees or other service providers (including directors, advisers and consultants), or the employees or other services providers (including directors, advisers and consultants) of any of their respective Affiliates or Subsidiaries.
Equity Plan means any option, stock, unit, stock unit, appreciation right, phantom equity or other incentive equity or equity-based compensation plan or program, in each case, now or hereafter adopted by Pubco, including the Corporate Incentive Award Plan.

Examples of Equity Plan in a sentence

  • Each Adjusted RSU Award shall otherwise be subject to the same terms and conditions applicable to the corresponding Company RSU Award or Company PSU Award, as applicable, under the Company Equity Plan and the applicable award agreement, including vesting terms, except that any Adjusted RSU Award corresponding to a Company PSU Award shall no longer be subject to any performance-based vesting conditions.

  • For purposes of the immediately preceding sentence, the number of shares of Company Common Stock subject to a Company PSU Award as of immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be determined in accordance with the applicable award agreement (or if not addressed in the applicable award agreement, the Company Equity Plan).
