Equity Plan definition

Equity Plan means any stock or equity purchase plan, restricted stock or equity plan or other similar equity compensation plan now or hereafter adopted by the Company or the Corporation.

Equity Plan means any plan, agreement or other arrangement that provides for the grant or issuance of equity or equity-based awards and that is now in effect or is hereafter adopted by the Partnership, the General Partner or the Special Limited Partner for the benefit of any of their respective employees or other service providers (including directors, advisers and consultants), or the employees or other services providers (including directors, advisers and consultants) of any of their respective Affiliates or Subsidiaries.

Equity Plan means any option, stock, unit, stock unit, appreciation right, phantom equity or other incentive equity or equity-based compensation plan or program, in each case, now or hereafter adopted by Pubco, including the Corporate Incentive Award Plan.

Examples of Equity Plan in a sentence

Each Adjusted RSU Award shall otherwise be subject to the same terms and conditions applicable to the corresponding Company RSU Award or Company PSU Award, as applicable, under the Company Equity Plan and the applicable award agreement, including vesting terms, except that any Adjusted RSU Award corresponding to a Company PSU Award shall no longer be subject to any performance-based vesting conditions.
For purposes of the immediately preceding sentence, the number of shares of Company Common Stock subject to a Company PSU Award as of immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be determined in accordance with the applicable award agreement (or if not addressed in the applicable award agreement, the Company Equity Plan).
From time to time, the Employee may receive additional equity incentive awards under the Equity Plan (or under any other equity incentive plan adopted by the Company to supplement or succeed the Equity Plan).
The One-Time Award is subject to Board approval and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Equity Plan and all related agreements.
The per share exercise price of the Options will be the Fair Market Value (as defined in the Equity Plan) of the Common Stock determined as of the grant date of the Options.

Equity Plan means the Amended and Restated Equity Incentive Plan adopted by the Corporation on April 3, 2012, as amended on February 24, 2014 and as further amended from time to time.

Equity Plan means the 2003 Equity Incentive Plan of Manpower Inc.

Equity Plan means the CS Disco, Inc. 2021 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time, or any successor plan thereto.

Equity Plan means the Welltower Inc. 2016 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time.
