The Parties agree that, as far as reasonably practicable, they will both accommodate and adhere to the relevant ESFA (or any successor body) rules which may apply from time to time.
Should any material contradiction between this contract and ESFA rules be identified the Parties agree to work together in good faith to resolve that contradiction.
Interviews: ESFA anticipates that Contractors will have the ability to carry out interviews with providers’ staff members and learners.
