Examples of Exercise Prices in a sentence
Following any exercise hereof, the Company shall execute and deliver, to Warrantholder, an amended Schedule A setting forth the total number of Warrant Shares then underlying this Warrant (assuming no Net Issuance, and after giving effect to such exercise) and the respective Exercise Prices thereof.
For each such instance, the issuance of such additional Warrant shall be effected by the Company executing and delivering, to Warrantholder, an amended Schedule A hereto, which shall reflect the total number of Warrant Shares then underlying this Warrant (assuming no Net Issuance) and the respective Exercise Prices thereof.
Subject to payment of the aggregate Exercise Prices and payment of any Exercise Expenses with regard to the relevant Warrants or Units, as the case may be, the Issuer shall on the Settlement Date deliver, or procure the delivery of, the Entitlement for each duly exercised Warrant or Unit, as the case may be, pursuant to the details specified in the Exercise Notice.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 4.4, Options granted under the Plan in replacement for awards under plans and arrangements of the Company or a Subsidiary or a Related Company assumed in business combinations may provide for Exercise Prices that are less than the Fair Market Value of the shares of Stock at the time of the replacement grants, if the Committee determines that such Exercise Price is appropriate to preserve the economic benefit of the award.

No further adjustment of the Warrant Exercise Price(s) shall be made upon the actual issue of such Common Stock or of such Convertible Securities upon exercise of such warrants or other rights or upon the actual issuance of such Common Stock upon such conversion or exchange of such Convertible Securities.
All such Exercise Prices shall be subject to adjustment as provided for in Section 15 hereof.

The Warrant Agent shall at no time be under any duty or responsibility to determine whether any facts exist that may require an adjustment or readjustment of the Exercise Prices and the Number of Warrants, or with respect to the nature or extent of any such adjustment or readjustment when made, or with respect to the method employed, herein or in any supplemental agreement provided to be employed, in making the same.
