Existing Development Approvals definition

Existing Development Approvals means all Development Approvals approved or issued prior to or on the Effective Date. Existing Development Approvals include the approvals set forth in Section 3.1.6 and all other approvals which are a matter of public record prior to or on the Effective Date.

Examples of Existing Development Approvals in a sentence
