Existing Investments definition

Existing Investments means assets (including securities) held by the Company or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries as consideration for an Investment made on or before the Issue Date or acquired thereafter pursuant to any agreement or obligation as in effect on the Issue Date.

Existing Investments means Investments of Borrowers as reflected on the Most Recent Financial Statements.

Existing Investments means the Investments of Borrower and its Subsidiaries existing on the Agreement Date, which are described on Schedule 8.17.

Existing Investments means A.M. Xxxxxx Life Science Ventures III, L.P. and A.M. Xxxxxx Life Science Ventures IV, L.P., Auven Therapeutics Holdings, L.P., venBio Global Strategic Fund, L.P., Acylin Therapeutics, Inc. and Liquidia Technologies, Inc.

Existing Investments means those Investments held by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on the Effective Date and listed on Schedule XI hereto.
