Be It Finally Resolved, pursuant to N.J.S.A.19:44A-20.26 (P.L.205, c.271, s2), the aforementioned entity will submit the required Political Disclosure Form and Stockholder Disclosure Certification at least 10 days prior to the award by the governing body.
