Floor Area definition

Floor Area means the amount of floor space within a Dwelling Unit, including the space occupied by its interior partitions, measured between the exterior faces of the exterior walls of the Building or from the centre line of a common wall separating the Dwelling Unit from the remainder of the Building;
Floor Area means the Floor Area shown on the preliminary participation quota as per Annexure C;
Floor Area means the horizontal area of floor in a building covered with roof, whether or not enclosed by walls but excluding ancillary covered spaces and projections allowed under these regulations.

  • Landlord and Tenant stipulate and agree that the Floor Area of Premises set forth in Item 8 of the Basic Lease Provisions is correct.

More Definitions of Floor Area

Floor Area means the space on any storey of a building between exterior walls and required fire walls, including the space occupied by interior walls and partitions, but not including exits and vertical service spaces that pierce the storey.
Floor Area means the gross floor area of the specific use.
Floor Area means as to a commercial or industrial project, the floor area as calculated under the applicable zoning ordinance of a city council, including a charter city council, city and county board of supervisors, or county board of supervisors and as to a child care facility, the total area contained within the exterior walls of the facility and all outdoor areas devoted to the use of the facility in accordance with applicable state child care licensing requirements.
