Interest will accrue equal to simple interest at a floating rate equal to Prime plus two percent per annum, or such other rate as determined by the General Partner, from and including the due date set forth in the Funding Notice until but not including the date such overdue amount is paid.
Payment by such Person of the amount specified in any Funding Notice must be made not later than the date specified in the Funding Notice.
The amount of the Capital Call specified in the Funding Notice may be applied by the Partnership for any use permitted under this Agreement or the Act.
