You will be eligible to participate for purposes of salary deferrals when you have completed 6 months of service.
In the event that the Agreement is terminated by the Executive for Good Reason, Executive must satisfy the Good Reason Process and Good Reason Cure Period as defined below.
The Executive may terminate the Executive’s employment hereunder at any time for any reason, including but not limited to Good Reason consistent with the Good Reason Process (hereinafter defined).
However, you agree to provide the Company with fourteen (14) days’ written notice if you decide to terminate the employment relationship (except in the event of a Good Reason termination, in which case the Good Reason Process shall apply).
If the Company cures the Good Reason condition during the Cure Period, Good Reason shall be deemed not to have occurred; provided, however, that if the same Good Reason condition occurs again within 12 months thereafter, the Executive shall be entitled to terminate his/her employment hereunder for Good Reason without having to comply with the Good Reason Process again.
