national regulatory authority means a national regulatory authority designated in accordance with Article 39(1) of Directive 2009/73/EC;
Regulatory Authority means any applicable supra-national, federal, national, regional, state, provincial or local regulatory agencies, departments, bureaus, commissions, councils or other government entities regulating or otherwise exercising authority with respect to the Exploitation of a Licensed Compound or a Licensed Product in the Territory.
Insurance Regulatory Authority means, with respect to any Insurance Subsidiary, the insurance department or similar Governmental Authority charged with regulating insurance companies or insurance holding companies, in its jurisdiction of domicile and, to the extent that it has regulatory authority over such Insurance Subsidiary, in each other jurisdiction in which such Insurance Subsidiary conducts business or is licensed to conduct business.
foreign regulatory authority means a securities commission, exchange or other securities market regulatory authority in a designated foreign jurisdiction;
Foreign Financial Regulatory Authority shall have the meaning given by Section 2(a)(50) of the 0000 Xxx.
Regulatory Authorities means the Commissions and the Exchange;
Governmental Regulations means all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of the Authorities applicable to Seller or Seller’s use and operation of the Real Property or the Improvements or any portion thereof.
securities regulatory authority or “SRA” means a body created by statute in any Canadian or foreign jurisdiction to administer securities law, regulation and policy (e.g. securities commission), but does not include an exchange or other self regulatory entity;
statutory authority This agreement implements Iowa Code § 280.25 and is consistent with 34 C.F.R. 99.38 (2012).
Regulatory Authorizations means all approvals, clearances, notifications, authorizations, orders, exemptions, registrations, certifications, licenses and permits granted by, submitted to or filed with any Regulatory Agencies, including all Product Authorizations.
Cemetery authority means any person who owns or operates a cemetery specified in s. 157.065 (1).
Applicable Insurance Regulatory Authority means, when used with respect to any Insurance Subsidiary, the insurance department or similar administrative authority or agency located in the state in which such Insurance Subsidiary is domiciled.
Securities Regulatory Authorities means the securities commission or similar regulatory authority in each province and territory of Canada that is responsible for administering the Canadian securities legislation in force in such jurisdictions;
Governmental Antitrust Authority has the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(b).
Governmental Authority(ies) means any court, legislature, council, agency, authority, board (including, without limitation, environmental protection, planning and zoning), bureau, commission, department, office or instrumentality of any nature whatsoever of any governmental or quasi-governmental unit, or any governmental, public or quasi-public authority, of any foreign, domestic, federal, state, county, city, borough, municipal government or other political subdivision of any of the foregoing, or any official thereof, whether now or hereafter in existence.
Relevant Electric Retail Regulatory Authority means an entity that has jurisdiction over and establishes prices and policies for competition for providers of retail electric service to end- customers, such as the city council for a municipal utility, the governing board of a cooperative utility, the state public utility commission or any other such entity.
Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.
Governmental Entity means any national, federal, state, municipal, local, territorial, foreign or other government or any department, commission, board, bureau, agency, regulatory authority or instrumentality thereof, or any court, judicial, administrative or arbitral body or public or private tribunal.
FDA means the United States Food and Drug Administration and any successor agency thereto.
Regulatory entity means any board, commission, agency,
Highway authority means the state highway commission, a board of county road commissioners or the governing body of a city or village.
Governmental Body means any government or governmental or regulatory body thereof, or political subdivision thereof, whether federal, state, local or foreign, or any agency, instrumentality or authority thereof, or any court or arbitrator (public or private).
Government Authorities means, without limitation, all Government departments and agencies with responsibility for the import and export of goods, the collection of revenue on the import and export of goods and the transport of those goods to include, without limitation, Customs, AQIS, the ATO and the RSA;
Governmental or Regulatory Authority means any court, tribunal, arbitrator, authority, agency, commission, official or other instrumentality of the United States, any foreign country or any domestic or foreign state, county, city or other political subdivision.
Governmental Agency(ies) means, individually or collectively, any federal, state, county or local governmental department, commission, board, regulatory authority or agency (including, without limitation, each applicable Regulatory Agency) with jurisdiction over the Company or a Subsidiary.
Regulatory Laws means all Applicable Laws governing (i) the import, export, testing, investigation, manufacture, marketing or sale of the Product, (ii) establishing recordkeeping or reporting obligations, (iii) any Field Action or (iv) similar regulatory matters.
