Insurance Expenses definition

Insurance Expenses means any Insurance Proceeds (i) applied to the repair of the related Leased Vehicle, (ii) released to the related Lessee in accordance with applicable law or the Customary Servicing Practices or (iii) representing other related expenses incurred by the Servicer that are not otherwise included in Liquidation Expenses or Disposition Expenses and recoverable by the Servicer under any applicable Servicer Basic Documents.
Insurance Expenses with respect to any 2014-A Vehicle, 2014-A Lease or Lessee, means any Insurance Proceeds (i) applied to the repair of the related Leased Vehicle, (ii) released to the related Lessee in accordance with applicable law or the Customary Servicing Practices of the Servicer, or (iii) representing other related expenses incurred by the Servicer not otherwise included in Liquidation Expenses or Disposition Expenses and recoverable by the Servicer under the SUBI Trust Agreement.
Insurance Expenses means all expenses, costs and amounts of every kind and nature which Landlord pays or accrues (whether obligated to do so or undertaken at Landlord’s discretion) during any calendar year during the Lease Term because of or with respect to insurance carried by Landlord in connection with the Building or the Project, including, without limitation, all insurance described in Sections 7.01 and 7.03 below.

Examples of Insurance Expenses in a sentence

  • Tenant’s obligation to pay Insurance Expenses shall survive the expiration or early termination of this Lease.

  • Tenant shall pay to Landlord as Additional Rent all Insurance Expenses (as defined below) within thirty (30) days after T▇▇▇▇▇’s receipt of an invoice therefor.

  • Insurance Expenses for any partial calendar year during the Term shall be prorated.

Insurance Expenses with respect to any 20[•]-[•] Vehicle, 20[•]-[•] Lease or Lessee, means any Insurance Proceeds (i) applied to the repair of the related Leased Vehicle, (ii) released to the related Lessee in accordance with applicable law or the Customary Servicing Practices of the Servicer, or (iii) representing other related expenses incurred by the Servicer not otherwise included in Liquidation Expenses or Disposition Expenses and recoverable by the Servicer under the Series LLC Agreement.
Insurance Expenses mean the cost of premiums and other charges for fire, other casualty, rent and liability insurance covering the Property and any other insurance covering the Property and the Building.
Insurance Expenses means the total costs and expenses paid or incurred by Landlord in connection with the obtaining of insurance on the Premises, the Building and/or the Project or any part thereof or interest therein, including, without limitation, premiums for “all riskfire and extended coverage insurance, commercial general liability insurance, rent loss or abatement insurance, earthquake insurance, flood or surface water coverage, and other insurance as Landlord deems necessary in its sole discretion, and any deductibles paid under policies of any such insurance. Insurance Expenses with respect to any 2023-A Vehicle, 2023-A Lease or Lessee, means any Insurance Proceeds (i) applied to the repair of the related Leased Vehicle, (ii) released to the related Lessee in accordance with applicable law or the Customary Servicing Practices of the Servicer, or (iii) representing other related expenses incurred by the Servicer not otherwise included in Liquidation Expenses or Disposition Expenses and recoverable by the Servicer under the Series LLC Agreement.
Insurance Expenses with respect to any 2024-A Vehicle, 2024-A Lease or Lessee, means any Insurance Proceeds (i) applied to the repair of the related Leased Vehicle, (ii) released to the related Lessee in accordance with applicable law or the Customary Servicing Practices of the Servicer, or (iii) representing other related expenses incurred by the Servicer not otherwise included in Liquidation Expenses or Disposition Expenses and recoverable by the Servicer under the Series LLC Agreement.
Insurance Expenses means, with respect to a Financed Vehicle, any expenses incurred by the Servicer and recoverable out of the Insurance Proceeds from the related insurance policy and any portion of such Insurance Proceeds applied to the repair of such Financed Vehicle or required to be released to the related Obligor.
Insurance Expenses means the aggregate amount of the cost of fire, extended coverage, boiler, sprinkler, commercial general liability, property damage, rent, earthquake, terrorism and other insurance obtained by Landlord in connection with the Property, including insurance required pursuant to Paragraph 14.1 hereof, and the commercially reasonable deductible portion of any insured loss otherwise covered by such insurance.
