Investment Elections means any elections which the Owner has under the Policy to invest the Cash Surrender Value.

Examples of Investment Elections in a sentence

  • Any such changed Investment Election may result in amending Investment Elections for prior deferrals or for future deferrals or both.

  • Each Participant’s Accounts shall be administered in a way to permit separate Deferral Elections, deferral periods, and Investment Elections with respect to various Plan Year deferrals and compensation types as the Committee determines, in its sole discretion, are necessary or appropriate.

Related to Investment Elections

  • Investment Election means an election, made in such form as the Administrative Committee may direct, pursuant to which a Participant may elect the Investment Funds in which the amounts credited to his Account will be deemed to be invested.

  • Payment Election means an election pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to make an election under the Plan.
