Investment Grade definition
Investment Grade means a rating of Baa3 or better by Moody’s (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Moody’s); a rating of BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P); and the equivalent investment grade credit rating from any additional Rating Agency or Rating Agencies selected by the Company.
Investment Grade means a rating of Baa3 or higher by Xxxxx’x (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Moody’s); a rating of BBB- or higher by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P); and a rating of BBB- or higher by Fitch (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Fitch).
Investment Grade means a rating of Baa3 or better by Moody’s (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Moody’s) and BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P) (or, in each case, if such Rating Agency ceases to rate the Notes for reasons outside of the Company’s control, the equivalent investment grade credit rating from any Rating Agency selected by the Company as a replacement Rating Agency).
Examples of Investment Grade in a sentence
As of the date hereof, no Columbus Party has any reason to believe that it will not be able to timely obtain financing for the Cash Consideration (or any other consideration required to be paid under this Agreement as a result of the treatment of Indebtedness of Cabot and/or its Subsidiaries pursuant to or in connection with Section 5.14) if a Columbus Investment Grade Downgrade Event occurs.
Following the achievement of Investment Grade Status, notwithstanding that the Notes may cease to have such Investment Grade Status or a Default or Event of Default may occur, the Terminated Covenants will be inapplicable to the parties to this Indenture and have no further force and effect.
More Definitions of Investment Grade
Investment Grade means a rating of BBB- or better by Fitch (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Fitch) and BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P) (or, in each case, if such Rating Agency ceases to rate the Notes for reasons outside of the Company’s control, the equivalent investment grade credit rating from any Rating Agency selected by the Company as a replacement Rating Agency).
