Joint Bookrunner means each of ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Securities Inc. and Banc of America Securities LLC in their respective capacities as joint bookrunner, and their respective successors in such capacity.
Joint Bookrunner means ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Securities, LLC, Barclays Bank PLC, Citibank, N.A. and SunTrust ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Inc., as joint bookrunners.

  • Each Lender and each Issuing Bank acknowledges that it has, independently and without reliance upon the Administrative Agent, any Joint Bookrunner or any other Lender or any Issuing Bank, or any of the Related Parties of any of the foregoing, and based on such documents and information as it has deemed appropriate, made its own credit analysis and decision to enter into this Agreement.
