Dedication of Conservation Area Upon completion of initial Conservation Area Works, the Landowner will transfer the Conservation Area to Council free of any encumbrances.
Five years following the transfer of the Conservation to Council, the Landowner will pay Council an additional Monetary Contribution of $700,000 for the ongoing management of the Conservation Area, which will bring the total Monetary Contribution to $1,400,000.
